All the windows were replaced accept... read more the front room. We could tell. The remaining windows would get frost on the inside when it was really cold. We then had exterior water damage and realized it was time to replace them as well as the siding. They came and gave us an excellent price, contacted our HOA to get approval, filed the necessary permits and ordered the custom sized windows. When they were ready to be installed their communication was top notch. Their installer came, worked all day and put our beautiful windows in. We later had the front siding replaced and are very happy with the entire experience. Everyone in the company as always helpful and friendly when we had a question or concern about the process. The... read more installers were the ones who did the measuring, so they were aware of any accessibility issues inside and out, meaning no surprises on installation day. The admin folks took care of required city permits and scheduling the inspection. Nine windows were installed by mid-afternoon; they removed and replaced each window one by one so that the house was not open to the cold any more than necessary. All in all, we’re very happy. The windows are good quality, and the experience was good from start to finish.
