Use the easy home improvement tips below to kick start your way to a nicer looking home. Some of these tips may even make your life a lot easier from a day to day basis.  

1. Update your faucets. This is a quick and easy way to make your home feel cleaner and more up to date with current styles. 
2. Inspect your surge protectors and plugged in appliances to make sure that they are not fraying or overloaded circuits.
3. Power Wash your driveway. It may seem like a little thing, but power washing your driveway makes the entire outside of your house look nice and clean. Who doesn’t want the neighbors getting jealous of how clean their driveway is?

8. Do some touch up paint. Over the years trim can start to get worn down. If your paint is white, touching up some of the paint may make your home look like it’s brand new! 
9. Dust. Dusting just makes the home feel cleaner. Not to mention they say an average home builds up 40 pounds of dust each year! Eeew!
10. Get a thermostat in the home that integrates with your phone. There are many companies out there who now have temperature gauges that can be controlled by your phone. This way you can control the temperature setting while you are away and not have to be worried about paying for heat or cooling when nobody is home.
